I support individuals navigating a wide range of life experiences. Whether you're facing the weight of anxiety or depression, grieving a deep loss, adjusting to a major life change, or healing from trauma—including spiritual trauma—my goal is to offer a space where your story is honored and your growth is supported.

  • Trauma & Spiritual Trauma
    Healing takes time and courage. I walk with clients through experiences that have shaken their sense of safety or connection—including spiritual or religious trauma that may have left deep emotional wounds.

  • Anxiety & Depression
    These challenges can feel isolating, but you don’t have to face them alone. Together, we explore the roots, learn new coping tools, and create space for hope.

  • Perinatal Mental Health
    Pregnancy and parenthood bring powerful emotions. I provide specialized care for individuals navigating postpartum depression, anxiety, and the complex transitions of growing a family. I am Advanced Trained in PMH and deeply value this tender, transformational time in life.

  • Life Transitions
    Changes like divorce, retirement, or a child leaving home can leave us feeling unmoored. Therapy can be a grounding place to rediscover purpose and direction.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based tools, always tailoring them to each person’s unique needs:

  • Mindfulness-Based Coping Skills to help you stay present and grounded

  • Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to understand and shift unhelpful thinking patterns

  • Solution-Focused Therapy to help you move forward with clarity and confidence

  • EMDR Therapy for processing trauma and fostering healing—I am Basic Trained in EMDR

  • Clinical training from the Religious Trauma Institute to support those healing from harmful faith experiences

 

Every individual’s healing journey looks different. My role is to walk beside you with care, insight, and trust—helping you reconnect with your inner strength and create a path forward.
