Free Consultation

One of the most important aspects of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. It's important to have a good fit. I offer free, 15 minute over-the-phone consultations to help us determine whether or not we want to work together.

Fees and Policies

I accept and bill most insurance and Medicaid. We are unable to accept Medicare. Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, check, or credit card.

Costs of services as of January 1, 2024:

-Initial Session $250

-45-60 Minute Session $200

-30 Minute Session $145

Currently, I am credentialed with all Montana insurances (BCBS, EBMS, First Choice, Pacific Source, Medicaid, Allegiance, Aetna, and Cigna).

A copay payment is due per session for clients who have a deductible that is waived, covering all except an office copay.

A payment of at least $100 is due at the time of each session for clients who have an insurance deductible until their deductible is met.​

Debit/credit cards, cash and checks are accepted.

​

Call or text me if you need to change the scheduled time of your appointment. I require 24 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments. If 24 hour notice for a cancellation is not met, the full fee for a session will be charged.

I currently also offer tele-health services to clients in Montana using the platform DoxyMe.
